Cybark Affiliate Guidelines
Cybark Affiliate Guidelines
Last updated: August 30, 2026
Cybark affiliates are schools, clubs, educators, nonprofits, libraries, businesses, educational programs, and community organizations that help expand accessible cybersecurity education.
Application and Approval
Submitting an affiliate application does not guarantee approval. An organization becomes an official Cybark affiliate only after receiving written approval from the Cybark team.
Permitted Activities
Approved affiliates may:
• Share Cybark lessons and resources with learners.
• Use Cybark materials in classes, clubs, workshops, and educational programs.
• Organize Cybark-affiliated educational activities.
• Provide feedback or help test Cybark resources.
• Suggest translations, accessibility improvements, or new educational content.
Use of Cybark Materials
Affiliates must present Cybark materials accurately and use them only for lawful and educational purposes. Cybark lessons, animations, characters, logos, and other materials may not be sold, claimed as someone else’s work, or substantially modified without written permission.
Translations, adaptations, and materials intended for public distribution must be reviewed by Cybark before publication.
Name and Logo
Affiliates may only use Cybark logos and graphics provided or approved by Cybark. Affiliate status must not be presented as an endorsement of every activity, opinion, product, or statement made by the affiliate.
Privacy and Learner Safety
Affiliates must protect the privacy and safety of learners. Affiliates should not send Cybark student names, passwords, private school records, government identification numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Any photographs, recordings, or identifying information involving minors must have the permissions required by the organization and applicable law.
Responsible Cybersecurity Education
Affiliates may only conduct lawful and authorized cybersecurity activities. Cybark materials must never be used to access accounts, devices, networks, systems, or information without permission.
Public Identification
Cybark will only publicly identify an organization as an affiliate when appropriate permission has been provided. Any use of an affiliate’s name or logo may be confirmed separately before publication.
Ending an Affiliation
Cybark may suspend or end an affiliation if these Guidelines are violated or if continued affiliation could harm learners, the public, Cybark, or its educational mission. Affiliates may also end their participation at any time.
After an affiliation ends, the organization must stop presenting itself as a current Cybark affiliate and discontinue unauthorized use of Cybark branding.
